Injustice is an eloquent account of a historical event that is still vividly etched in the memory of the people to whom it relates. At the heart of the story is the unjust hanging and life imprisonment of innocent people based on false evidence, whistleblowers, and the dishonesty of the authorities and the nobility.

All events were initiated by barbaric murders in the dark of night in a remote community in Joyce District, on the Galway - Mayo border, in 1882. The consequences of this tragedy are not yet complete and the longevity of those who believe that official confession is deserved will not last as long as a legal injustice or miscarriage of justice is recognized.

This is a fresh take on the whole story with historical pictures and official records not previously published in book form.
